Over the years, I noticed that a certain number of our customers mentioned that someone in their family could not eat flour, so our pies were off - limits. At the same time, my Mom passed away and I realized since my Dad doesn't cook - the problem of getting him fed was now presented to me.
I also noticed that my gal doesn't cook much, and after a long day in the kitchen . . . I didn't want to go home and cook either. I found that I was increasingly buying prepared, take - home food. This was not very healthy for our bodies or our wallets, so Simple Simon Meals was born!

Simple Simon Pies and Meals
Everyone is busier than ever these days - families are active, kids are on the go, and professionals are working longer hours. Here's a tasty, quick, and affordable answer to meal times.
Just like our pies, these meals are all handmade using the freshest ingredients available. They are fully cooked, then frozen. Each meal comes in a special container that can be reheated in either the oven or the microwave. Many of the meals are not only quick and delicious, but gluten - free too!
The meals are available at the following the year - round markets in Calgary: Calgary Farmers Market, Crossroads Market, and Sweetgrass Market. During the colder months, we also provide a home delivery service.
We encourage you to visit us at either of our locations and have a taste. With two sizes available, and a multitude of entrée selections, you're sure to find something to please everyone!
